Picking up from where I left off.  This is just before drilling the lead on the second counterbalance.  Then a little magic and two counterbalances.

When drilling the second counterbalance, I added a fourth drill size – 5/32nd – and then 3/16th.  It was easier but I had to do a fourth bit change for each hole.  One hour so ten minutes a hole.
      With those out of the way I cut out the skins.  Went very well.
