I then drilled the frame and the channel and then attatched the panel and mounted it in the plane.  Everything fit very well.  I still have to mount the nutplates on the frame and channel assembly. The dimpling for flush rivets to hold the nutplates has all been done but I have not mounted them yet because I still have to attach so items to the underside of the channel and frame and I want to be able to take them apart until then.
