More interferences.

After I rigged the controls I found that the aileron stops were preventing full travel with the stick when it was full forward. The stop was hitting a bolt on the landing gear mains.  This problem won’t happen on most Sonex’s because they aren’t trikes.  This only happens on a tri gear Sonex.

There was also a tiny amount of play in the stick at the aileron bushings when pulling or pushing on the stick. Since I had to take the unit apart to trim the stop and because I had four extra bushings, I reamed four new ones and the motion is perfect and no more interference with the stops.

Both of the counterbalance arms on the ailerons also had some slight interference at the limits of travel. I had to lengthen the holes where they penetrate the rear spar just a smidge.
