Then there is a long break as I deburr and clean up ALL the pieces that I just took apart. As usual, that is tedious and boring work and you are spared the agony of any pictures of this process.  The first two pictures however demonstrate the result. Nice clean holes and nice smooth edges all around.

The next two pictures show the first work after deburring. Before I put them all back together I had some odd shaped holes to cut for a couple of things.  The last two pictures show the cut I had to make in the firewall for the shaft from the rudder pedal to the steerable nose gear. The last picture is after all the edges have been filed out from the rought cut.  This whole is in stainless, the material I love to complain about using.
